Vami Roof Repair is a Calgary-based roofing company built on one simple idea: the person who owns the business should be the person on your roof. That's exactly how we operate. Kole Perkeqi, our founder, and his son Vlash Perkeqi personally inspect, repair, and oversee every single project we take on.
Before launching our own brand, the Perkeqi family spent over 15 years as hands-on roofers for some of Calgary's most established roofing companies. We learned the trade from the ground up (literally), working through Calgary's brutal hailstorms (today we handle hail damage roof repair in Calgary every storm season), freeze-thaw cycles, and the chinook swings that cause attic rain in homes across the city every winter.
That field experience is something no classroom can teach.
Today, we bring that same work ethic to every homeowner we serve, whether it's a two-shingle patch in Pump Hill or a full re-roof in Airdrie.
Kole brings over 15 years of professional roofing experience to every project. Originally trained in European building methods, he adapted his craft to meet Alberta's unique climate demands and building codes. Kole personally inspects every job, ensuring no shortcuts are taken and every repair meets his standard (which, frankly, is higher than most). He oversees material selection, structural assessments, and quality control from start to finish.
Vlash grew up on job sites alongside his father and now manages day-to-day field operations. He holds current Fall Protection certification (FPAB-7986, valid through July 2028) and Intermediate First Aid with AED & CPR Level C (valid through October 2027), ensuring every work site meets Alberta's occupational health and safety standards. Vlash brings a younger generation's precision and energy to the family business while upholding the craftsmanship his father instilled.
